Some questions are confusing without a choice for further examples. Particularly the home office area

Before Turbo Tax I REALLY didn't like doing our taxes. No more headaches at tax time. It's pushing the easy button. You start and before you know it you are finished with your taxes. I love the guided tour through taxes and the tax form review! I tell everyone. My son even uses Turbo Tax. You could say we are a Turbo Tax Family. Thank you TurboTax. I'm your biggest advocate.

Love it! Have used Turbo Tax for years!
What's great about it: Helps me get the filing done correctly and I don't have to know all the tax laws. Quick. Accurate

This is the worst experience I've had with Turbo Tax and I've been using it for years. It was set up differently this year. I couldn't see how my numbers compared to prior years. I couldn't see that my office space was deducted until the end when I read through the entire return. Last year I was sent a notice that I had underpaid. This year I made less, but my taxes went up. The process is much less transparent.

Saved a bunch of money doing it myself

I had 37 stock transactions on my schedule D. Each one is a separate charge from a paid tax preparer. Saved many dollars.
What's great about it: Liked the red exclamations showing that information not complete
What's not so great: Can't think of any
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TURBO TAX is an awesome software.

No Electronic File Available

Caught in a horrible loop that says I can't file unless I update TurboTax. So, I update, then it says that I can't file unless I update TurboTax. Ad infinitum. Would REALLY like to file electronically!!!!
What's great about it: Love it for actually preparing the taxes
What's not so great: Seem to have problems every year when it comes time to file!

Successful tax prep once again

This is at least the seventh year in a row that I have used TurboTax and once again it was a success. I own two small businesses and my spouse works as well. TurboTax handles everything in a logical manner making what was once a nightmare a pleasant dream.
What's great about it: easy to use and understand
