Turbo Tax works great thru their "interview" or "easy guide" sections. It allows you to comprehend where you stand with relation to taxes

Easy to enter info, when I had questions I called Turbo Tax, left my phone number and they called back within 1 hour to answer my questions. I spoke with Natasha and she was so very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
What's great about it: Easy to enter info
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for many years and always tell my friends it's the best.
It allows me to enter my info and then go back & edit if I have changes.
I can use it to project income for the next year, which is handy because we pay estimated tax payments each quarter.

Some ways it is hard to find a particular subject. I had to look thru the various menus to find a particular area to go to that I had skipped the first time thru.
What's great about it: Walks thru the complex tax forms very easily
What's not so great: Nothing

Wish I could get detailed worksheets regarding the import from Quicken and customize my returns from those worksheets. Lumped too many business expenses in miscellaneous for my taste.
What's great about it: Always gets me through with a minimum of hassle.

Gets Easier Every Year!

TurboTax and Quicken for Home and Business make preparing taxes a snap. I've used them both for the last 10 years. Due to the higher price Intuit wants I'm unable to give a 5 star rating.
What's great about it: So easy, just answer the questions.
What's not so great: Price charged for loyal users!

Easy step-by-step-process that even the first timer can handle. Even though I had missed an estimated tax payment, I was put back on the right track with the least amount of pain. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Guided tour and switching to the form
What's not so great: Deductions were numerous!

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1986 and don't every plan to change. It was great then and has just improved over the years. Thank you for a nice, clean, efficient product.
