I've use for our personal tax returns in the past. First time we've used for our new small business. Worked well, still easy to navigate. Most questions could be answered by doing a search.
What's great about it: Still fairly easy to use for a small business
What's not so great: Worked well for me, no major complaints

Love Your Product!

I have been a Turbo Tax fan for at least a decade now. Your product is wonderful and easy to follow 99% of the time!!! I worked for a CPA during tax season while in college which makes me love your product even more!
What's great about it: Easy to follow - plus options on how you want to proceed.
What's not so great: Not everything was explained especially on the state return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Superior Program

I am very satisfied and have used the program for years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: accuracy and ease of use
What's not so great: none!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Probably my last time using TurboTax

Despite repeated attempts, an hour with tech support, reinstalled software I was never able to either connect to the 'secure online server' or use the link 'having trouble paying'.
It made what should have been an easy experience into a multi hour task. I've used Turbo Tax for years now and never had any issues. This one makes me think i will look elsewhere for next year...sorry Intuit
What's great about it: it does a good job
What's not so great: Had nothing but problems trying to pay for my state filing

Awesome refund

Overall, Turbo Tax was great. It walks you through everything step by step. I was able to finish in a short amount of time, and I got a great refund.
What's great about it: I liked the step by step process...I'm not a tax pro!
What's not so great: Some of the lingo was tough to interpret.

I appreciate that you make improvements to interface each year without making radical changes, so that there is a sense of familiarity for those who have used Turbotax in previous years.
What's great about it: In some expense / deduction categories, can see entries from last year.
What's not so great: Would like to see entries from previous year in all possible expense / deduction categories when asked to enter current.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is great for the DYI! It's simple, fairly easy to follow & quick if you're prepared.
What's great about it: Question asking fill-ins, precise & to the point
What's not so great: Can't go back to a page you were on, you have to go back to the beginning of the section.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This is now my 11th straight year using Turbo Tax and wouldn't consider any other method of filing. It's easy, it simplifies, and its fast.
What's great about it: Walks you through each section nicely
What's not so great: If a section does not apply, don't need to see the rest of the questions
