Turbo Tax has helped me prepare my taxes for the last decade. I find that it teaches me to keep better records and track my business expenses.
What's great about it: easy to prepare my taxes, helps me track tax items during the year

The whole experience is great. Every year with TurboTax I'm able to reduce the time I have to spend on filing taxes. Thank you for this! Every year I buy your software, and every year it pays for itself. That's AWESOME!!!
What's great about it: Once again, you've saved me more money (i.e., got me a bigger refund) than I ever would've been able to do on my own.
What's not so great: Sometimes you ask questions about items that you don't show us the context of. Couldn't you show the page, too?

I have been using turbotax for 15 years. It like having a personal CPA at my kitchen table helping me complete and file my tax return.

Ease of Mind!

Highly recommended.
What's great about it: Step-by-step progression.
What's not so great: At times the additional information required from the IRS is not easily understood and requires to go to the Help Sect.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I use it every year and although I don't like doing my taxes this makes it less painfull.
What's great about it: Worked as promised quick and easy

What's great about it: I enjoyed seeing Turbo Tax help in getting me the most deductions as well as Making donation calculations easier'
What's not so great: Could use a few more examples for business deductions

Helped me get a refund again! Simple to use.
What's great about it: Importing previous years info. Their knowledge of the Tax Code.
What's not so great: Could be more clergy specific.
