Problem Experienced, but Fixed

As always, TurboTax did a thorough job with minimal headaches.
HOWEVER, I experienced a problem that sent my computer into an install, fail, reboot cycle that lasted all day yesterday. A fix had been posted and once I downloaded the patch, installation went off without a hitch.
What's great about it: Simple to use and caught all of the deductions
What's not so great: Half of a day wasted trying to install on WindowsXP

Fast Filing

Overall experience was great, fast input and explainations. There are some questions and so forth that seem repeated, but I guess some need to be over-cautious.
What's great about it: easy to understand & auto filled from previous years
What's not so great: a few too many unnecessary steps

1st Business Return

I have been using TT for years for our household personal (employee) returns. I have always thought that your software was the best available - and still is for personal returns. However, this year is my first year as a "business owner". TT did not have everything I needed to do my business return. That is why TT only rated a "good" as far as I'm concerned. I guess no consumer computer program can cover everything, but I guess that's what I expected from Intuit. You've never let me down before. Now that I am in business, buying TT will not continue to be an automatic decision. I will be forced to make a hard choice each year between TT and a tax professional / CPA / accountant.
What's great about it: Auto fill data from last year. Step by Step progress.
What's not so great: Did not have all the business forms and instructions that I required. Surprisingly high charges to e-file state returns

this is about the fourth time I have used your software and it has proven to be an invaluable tool to simplify and accurately submit my tax information.

Turbo tax for small business

I really like using Turbo Tax. This has been my method of doing my taxes for more than 10 years. I have always felt confident that my taxes are done properly and feel a sense of satisfaction doing them myself.
This year, turbo tax provided hints and suggestions that I will implement for the next year to help me better manage my expenses and deductions.
Even though I don't have income or expenses in all categories, I like that Turbo Tax gives you the options to go through all possibilities, or select those categories that fit your situation.
What's great about it: Guides you through all of the steps easily
What's not so great: Stock information for ESPPs was a bit slim

LLC label on Cover misleading

It took me a long time to realize that the Home and Business won't doing a partnership LLC. It says single owner on the cover, but my husband and I ARE single owners. It should say sole-proprietor instead.
What's great about it: Awesome if you know what you are doing
What's not so great: The cover says TT H&B is for single LLCs. It should say sole-proprietorships.
