What's great about it: User Friendly

Even though I am a CPA Turbo Tax give me examples of items to deduct I may have missed.

Auto expense

Need to make questions more clear. Need to create question that is appropriate for someone that own a business AND who is employed by someone else. As it is now Turbo tax asks for your mileage business, commute and total in both Business section and personal section. If put the same answers for business, commute and total -- it double counts the mileage.
What's great about it: Questions easy to interpret for business and personal
What's not so great: Double counts miles -- if enter for business and other work double counts

Easier than ever

With a complex tax return (business filing, W-2, partnership income, investment income) I am able to do my own taxes at home and file. I tried another software service a few years ago and the next year returned to Turbo Tax. I don't regret it.
What's great about it: Even with income from two states I was able to e-file - sweet!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

social security income reporting

I looked for Social Security income in the wage area, and thought that I had missed it. however, I found it later in the query software that guides me through personal income section. Perhaps just make a note in wage section that SS income will be reported in another subsection. I can see an improvement in your software from last year.
What's great about it: software has improved from last year.,
What's not so great: SS income area not readily apparent

I would recommend you get this software, easy to use, precise, it guide your through any thing you need all information is provided for you!
What's great about it: Very well intuitive software, easy to use, tons of help. It guides you through your form.
What's not so great: Price.. :-)
