The format for oil and gas royalties was different last year had me looking where to enter operating cost. Everything else seem to go easy and fast. A solid program for filing taxes year after year.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Small revisions from prior versions confusing at times.

Love it, so easy

I have always had an accountant do my taxes and this year I decided to do them on my own, although the site was down last night, this morning when I contacted support, they walked me through everything and stayed on the line until I was comfortable with what I was doing. She put me completely at ease. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
What's great about it: Customer service was excellent
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier than ever!

If you have your information ready it's easier than ever to use. It's Deductible also helps expedite the Charitable giving portion and if you keep it updated during the year the info can be automatically be transferred.
What's great about it: Efficient, easier to understand.

Harder this year

The program didn't want to update, therefore causing unnecessary stress. Had to run a compatibility program to get it to work.

Turbo makes it easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for five years, and it makes completing forms and filing a breeze compared to the previous years. I love it. I save hours of my time. Having the information and data transfer automatically makes it all so easy.
