Been using TT for years. Very easy to use. Will continue being a loyal customer. Its a big relief during tax time.

Turbo Tax easy to use

All in all Turbo Tax is a great product. Having an "if - then" capability summary on one page might make the package better. That is, an ability to select from a list those variable parameters that effect the final tax so that selections could be made without having to jump back and forth to and from the various sections of the forms.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Sometimes descriptions are not clear; not necessarily easy to access instructions

great with numbers, not with legal issues

Turbo Tax is great for filing out your taxes, but they have not updated their software to allow for the federal decision in June 2013 to allow legally married same gender spouses to file federal joint income tax returns. This is a big problem. Please fix!
What's great about it: excellent number crunching
What's not so great: Not up to date on same gender marriage

Taxes made easy

It was easy to use. I've used it for years and keep coming back. Using it has help me tracking expenses I was missing through out the year. Additional time saving tools would be helpful. Having a template or tracker tool/app for medical expenses in addition to charitable giving would be great. Something that would allow you to group and total your medical expense by the categories of the turbo tax questions would be very helpful.
What's great about it: Completing taxes was easy and simple; using it previously helped me get organized
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

awesome software

found it very helpful.
there may be an issue with the NYC tax calculation for those with a living quarters >183 in the city for non residents.
What's great about it: excellent tool, easy to use, user friendly
What's not so great: online access not more detailed

Easy to follow and seems to not miss any area that you might have missed or forgot about to get the most money back.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and is up todate until to submit your return
What's not so great: Price still is a bit high.

Something good about sameness

I've only made one mistake in the past decade. One year I decided to try a program that was a little less expensive. After that year I repented of that error and never considered using anything but TurboTax. The more you use it the better you become at organizing your information.
What's great about it: Well organized and easy to work through forms
