Excellent Tax Software

Would be nice if some one personally looks at the return for an addtional cost- just an added feature.

The fastest way to do your simple tax returns

I started using Turbo Tax a few years ago, it has been perfect for me, I use intuit quickbooks and turbo tax to manage my small business and personal taxes. Both great products and you don't have to be a CPA.
What's great about it: quick, easy, and done from home in a few hours, easy to navigate
What's not so great: I love Turbo Tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

A few comments

When printing the forms to mail them, the print file (generated pdf) is not usable with duplex printing as, by the time the instructions and thank you letters are added in, the front and back of the forms are not always the same sheet. I don't know if that bothers the IRS, but it is difficult to use the vouchers when they are printed on the back of another form that has to be submitted.
What's great about it: Generally quick and easy to use

Hard to like the software when it's to do your tax

Software and process of getting my info was as smooth as it could be. I felt confident of the results at the end of the filing.

Errors hard to fix

I wish Turbo Tax had more competition.
It might oblige you to do a comprehensive clean up of the whole program. My impression is that over the last five or so years, your product has been getting worse because you only make little fixes and it's getting unwieldy and untidy.
You need to do a coherent revision of the whole thing.

What's great about it: Doesn't demand a lot of heartache wondering if you are on the right form
What's not so great: Going back to fix errors is horrible; it's impossible to discover what the error is about, or where it is.

Capital account balances not among steps to edit on K-1 information. Overall, the calculations are flawless.

Anytime I had a doubt, I would go to the online forum. It was very easy to access answers to my questions. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and been very happy every time!
What's great about it: Detailed explanations with all deductions to make sure you get the most from your return!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
