Easy!!

I've been using TT for years and it's always an easy process. If you're a DIYer, then this is the way to go for taxes. It would be nice if I didn't have to pay for state e-filing as well. Still cheaper than using a preparer.
What's great about it: Quick process, e-filing and refund deposited into bank account
What's not so great: e-filing didn't work at first, but luckily I found a solution through the online community
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was a particularly smooth program version. Previous editions were clunky. No issues with program at all

Love TURBOTAX because so easy and makes my life easier. I still get confused a little bit here and there but it just me. I am not an accountant but when I am doing my taxes, I feel like one :) I really need more improvements on error check. I have to use my head and pull my last year's return to understand and find errors. If error checks can take me to the actual place to see and understand to make a correction my life would be perfect :)
What's great about it: Improvements every year-love it.
What's not so great: It still needs improvements.

Turbo Tax Home and Business

I have been using Turbo Tax for over five years and I enjoy how easy it is to use. Even though I have a business, I never took any business classes and the explanations of words or categories is a great help for me feeling more confident that my taxes are done correctly. I feel positive that I get all the deductions that I would from a tax return person without spending the extra money.
What's great about it: The highlighted words that I need to be explained more.

The program updates ran apparently when the version was already up to date, multiple times. The EFile failed multiple times and required reboot and reinstall. Wasted time and concern about stability.
What's great about it: Tax preparation
What's not so great: EFile on Mac version failed with "Failed to Validate" multiple times.

Detailed yet very easy

I have been using it for last 5 years now.. It is just excellent... Highly recommend it..
What's great about it: Covers everything and looks for everywhere for refund
What's not so great: Just short of a person sitting live and giving you tax advice
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
