Turbo Tax makes it so easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now, even switched from the ultimate personal to business and personal. Seamless and easy switch. It is so simple to walk through the steps and have last years tax info right there to help see what was done. Also nice to have the tedious information filled in when it is all the same anyway.
What's great about it: I don't have to dig out print copies of the last years returns
What's not so great: really do not have any

Turbo Tax Eases the Process

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Although the laws get more complicated, Turbo Tax makes it easier to get though the maze.

I've used Turbo Tax every year since they first published through interstate moves, business start ups, occupational changes, several life events and retirement without any issues.
What's great about it: E-filing

As a Retired CPA it is the Test!

I am a retired CPA and have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I find it easy to use, no wasted effort, and accurate. I remember the old days of filling out old paper tax returns filled out with pencils, Copying data from last years return, with possible math errors, missed deductions, a pile of work books, reference books and calculator tapes. I am very thankful, we will never go back to those antiquated days!

Great software to do your tax return.

I have use turbo tax from the DOS days. Every year the program makes it easy to do my tax return. Thank for a great job over the years.

Need more advice

It appears that the reason we owed $2300 in taxes was because as a two income family, our individual withholding was at a tax rate lower than our combined income. It would be nice if turbotax noticed this and advised us how much extra to withhold. It would also be nice to get advice on what kinds of things we could do to reduce our tax without causing AMT to kick in. For example, having a health savings account, pre-tax 401K vs post tax 401K options etc. This would greatly increase the value of your product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to create forms, but so are other products
What's not so great: Need more advice on how to reduce taxes next time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
