Excellent product, recommend to all tax payers.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, time-saving tax software!
What's not so great: Minor - number of clicks to e-file, but not bad.

User friendly

This was/is an easy to use software package – had everything I needed to complete my return – made my personal and business filing simple and I hope complete. The e-filing portion was fantastic – gave you the feeling it actually worked. And, if I get my tax return $$ in my checking account in a few weeks it will be a plus.
I think the really big thing was it got me more $$ back than I originally calculated – which is real good. Also, the risk for an audit rating bar was neat. Although I was rated low, I would like to know more details of where my risks where.
What's great about it: Simple to use from beginning to e-file
What's not so great: Cost is a little high but it was worth the money
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The Health Savings Account portion of the return was very difficult to understand and fill out.

NICE SOFTWARE, BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY TWICE. THE ADDITIONAL FILLING FEES SHOULD ALREADY BE INCLUDED :-(

Great software, was not very difficult. Have learned over the years as to what documents to save for a quick and precise return.

Excellent and user friendly software. Anybody can use this. No one need pay a tax preparer with this software.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: Perhaps keep a window pane available to see the return as it is being generated.

Schedule K-1

Please review the procedure in the area of entering the data for Schedules K-1. There were many customers asking questions but not getting help. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and was very satisfied. However this year out of frustration, I had to file my taxes by mail!
What's great about it: Most investments were easy to enter the data.
What's not so great: After many hours of trial and error along with no help, I finally filed my taxes by mail.
