First time doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. It came highly recommended from friends as well as from the person who did my taxes before. I did double check everything repeatedly b/c it was my first time and I wanted to make sure on some things that I wasn't clear on, but then felt secure and processed them. It was pretty easy and as for now I would recommend trying it.
What's great about it: The fact that you could start and stop whenever you needed to and it would bring you right back to where you left off.
What's not so great: Some things were not clear on how to answer, like my business space being a rental and not purchased property.

SO EASY!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to follow and complete my taxes in about 5 hours, from beginning to end, instead of having to pay an accountant to fill in the forms for me.
I did not expect that large of a return so that is an unexpected bonus. Thank you TurboTax and see you next year!

So Easy to do

I can't believe how easy Turbo Tax is, I've used it for years and every year it gets better and better, thank you so much for all your hard work, it makes my end of year so much easier to deal with!
What's great about it: The program is so user friendly, and easy to understand.
What's not so great: NONE!!

I like the step by step process used to walk you through all possibilites. When you don't know what may apply to you, this really helps. I've been using Turbo Tax for three years now and I appreciate the fact that all the information I entered last year is carried over considering things don't change that much from year to year. I like the comparision feature to the previous year too. I'm very confident when I'm finished. I feel Turbo Tax has reviewed all the options and is finding the best return for me. The risk for audit feature is such a value add. Thanks for creating this!! I refer it to my friends all the time.

What's great about it: guided me step by step
What's not so great: some areas with no explination such as business ID numbers and such
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I think it's an exellent product , a little too expensive but , overall it pays for itself.
