In Tu It...as We All Should Be

Someone using TurboTax is assumed to have at least some knowledge of tax terminology. The step by step features work better than you'd expect. You have the ability to jump to forms that make corrections or review information and then continue the processing of the return.
This is a great product from a GREAT company with incredible support.
What's great about it: Intuitive...Guided...Specific...Accurate...Assuring...
What's not so great: Complex topics need more mouse-over help
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall a very good product - has improved a lot over the past few years. Has easy access to the internet Turbo tax community when you have questions (I liked the feature about the top question for a section).
The product is still non-intuitive in certain areas. Turbo tax should give explanations of the nature as, "this is likely to be misinterpreted in this way but this is what is being asked, etc." Another area which requires improvement is those related to FSA, HSA - please see the users' gripes related to this - this will help improve your product.
Overall - thanks for your product. I used to pay hundreds of dollars to a CPA and he still consistently got my ESPP related income wrong for a number of years. Now I use TurboTax - it is more accurate and a lot cheaper!
What's great about it: Step-by-step methodical walkthrough, Easy way to ask questions from TurboTax community
What's not so great: Non-intuitive user interface in a few cases

Will download from the website as I do not understand the benefit of buyer the CD. This was more than what the accountant charged last year.
What's great about it: Asked questions just as if you were sitting with an accountant

Easy - but trouble at the end

Easy to get my taxes done in 1 day!
e-filing was an issue - the program kept saying it had to update before it could send in an e-filing but I updated the program over 10 times.. very frustrating.Just printed instead

Turbo Tax - i believe in

The layout of Turbotax is excellent for individuals without accounting background. It works the filer seamlessly from the beginning through the end. You can stop at any section and come back and pick up from where left off as long as information you entered was saved. If i am not mistaken it auto-saves you data as it is entered. It is a user friendly program.
What's great about it: A product that takes you through the details of the filing process with no jagons to confuse you.
What's not so great: It does not allow you go back directly to a specific area without taking you through all the phases of that section.

So Easy and Quick

I have been using TurboTax almost since it first came out. The most important part to me is that I am able to find answers instantly in Help. The explanations are exceptional.
It takes more time to gather the information than to enter it, print it and e-file it.
