Frustrated at the end

I have used this product for almost 10 years and will continue to do so, but support is lacking...
What's great about it: nice data transfer and complete questions
What's not so great: small hiccups and big frustration a the end with "duplicate filing"

Easier Every Year

With the transferred information the numbers are easier to find year after year. I'm trying Quicken this year to hopefully make next years even easier. It used to take me 2 or 3 weekends to do my taxes, now that I've become familiar with TurboTax it takes one day.

I have used this product, since it was first introduced. What i like is that it allows me to take total control over the entire tax management process.
What's great about it: Ensures that I check all possible options for optimizing return

Have used for many years. Always satisfied.
How come no lower price for returning customers? I've used TurboTax since 1996.
Why not set up an 'auto save', so I don't have to remember to do it.

Good product but not sure the "wizard" is keeping up with all the confusing changes enacted by our statist government.
What's great about it: Better than filling out taxes directly
What's not so great: Capital Gains and K-1 are confusing

Problem -
Could not find how to correct the sales tax. I had put in an estimate and found the actual tax paid on some home repairs. No way to reenter that info and when I went to the forms, it wiped it out of the total. So, the only way to enter was to override the total. Not ideal and should be fixed next time!

Not so taxing taxes

Really like the fact that information from previous year is automatically imported when starting the new return. Addition of business information was a little confusing at first, but with the help of the online community, my questions were easily answered. One downside was that to edit some information, I had to skip through several pages that I'd already filled in - and sometimes had to re-enter answers - before getting to the screen I needed to edit. I really like the flag features because it takes me right back to the screen I need to edit and helps me remember the items for which I need to gather more information. I didn't think of this while doing my taxes, but is there an option to print out the flag list? That might be a helpful to use as a reminder.
What's great about it: Easy to follow - with guide or on own
What's not so great: Sometimes had to go through several screens to edit one
