The Ups and Downs of Turbo

The biggest problem Ihad this year was signing in. It took literally hours. I eventually got a real person on the phone, who was very helpful and solved the problem, but the time i spent trying to sign in could have been used to work on my return. Several people had the same issues. If you paid attention to the questions, I would think you could see what needed to be fixed.
What's great about it: Once you get started, everything is easy. Another pro is that information from the previous year is lready typed in.
What's not so great: Removing old files; signing in
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Finally done

Seems to work for small business. Didn't run into any situations that weren't covered.
What's great about it: Logical and good explanations
What's not so great: Seems not to load all details from previous year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Great Again

I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who does taxes. Even if they have them done by a professional people should check out Turbo Tax. They might be missing something that is valuable and informative. Thank You.
What's great about it: Each year your product becomes eaiser to use.
What's not so great: nothing.

Very easy to follow along

This is the third year I have used the Home & Business version to get my taxes completed and find that it takes away a lot of the stress at tax time.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to follow
What's not so great: Cost to file state return

Saved Accountant fees that we have been paying

We live in Oklahoma and had minor damage from the May 2013 outbreak of storms and tornadoes. We are in the FEMA Disaster Zone and I had to do some research outside of TT to figure out the state and federal tax implications.
What's great about it: Interview process
What's not so great: Lack of some state options
