Another year of Success

Every time I do my taxes, I think I should change career paths. It is so fun to watch the numbers change. I love how it asks to gather.....items 1099 etc.
What's great about it: I like how it leads you through all the choices/catagories
What's not so great: When you have to fix something-where is it?

Excellent Software

I have been using Turbotax for many years. My returns have ranged from straightforward to complex and Turbotax was always there to make the process easy.
What's great about it: easy to follow and understand with carryover info capability
What's not so great: none

Sick of all the ads; Took my money

When you try to file, you get constant ads. I already paid for the app; just let me use it. Also, don't get me to enter the credit card for the state return, then tell me I can't file the state electronically!
What's great about it: Updated quickly for new tax laws
What's not so great: Took my money, then said I couldn't efile

Disapointed in paying efile fee

Hi, overall very happy with the product and like the fact that I was credited the efiling state fee by customer service. However, the last 2 years, I have noticed this specific technical issue when checking out and ready to eFile. Also, customer service was nice but wait time was over 3 hours before a call back (liked the call back feature). I will purchase again but hopefully this technical issue will be resolved next year.
What's great about it: ease in completing the questionaire; customer service is always nice.
What's not so great: Terrible technical check out issues in paying intuit the efiling fee and long wait times when phone support is necessary

What's not so great: couldn't access forms and pubs with linked explanations

It was a good experience - no computer crashes - no drama.
What's great about it: Clear and straightforward
What's not so great: A bit technical and over my head at times - hard to follow the carryovers

i enjoy working with turbo tax it makes the stress of doing taxes much less then it would be.
What's great about it: it explains everything, and walks you through it
What's not so great: the price of the state return
