well worth the money

I found the state return, Florida Intangible Tax Return difficult to use. I wanted to just turn it off and I could not find a way to turn it off or delete after I started the process.
What's great about it: easy to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Step by step to the Finish Line !! Hooray !!

In general Turbo Tax is great ! I have used it for many years. This year I am newly married and it made it easy to do a joint return with very clear instructions. The state taxes are a little confusing on the depreciation but that is only because they have different laws than the Feds. I look forward to using Turbo Tax for many years to come. It make filing easy for a small business owner and rental property owner that also works a full time job. Thanks and keep up the good work !
What's great about it: CLEARLY COVERS ALL ASPECTS FOR SMALL BUSINES AND RENTAL PROPERTY TAXES
What's not so great: State changes on depreciation were hard to understand how to correct on state tax

Eases my mind!

We have been using Turbo Tax since we opened our business in 2001. Turbo Tax was an awesome blessing. It made preparing our taxes undaunting and even fun. Using Turbo Tax to prepare our taxes makes me feel so much more confident. Nobody realy likes doing their taxes or getting them done by someone else. As for me, I'll let Turbo Tax relieve my stress for a couple weeks during the year.

What's great about it: TurboTax asks all the right questions to gain the maximum positive result.
What's not so great: Not quick and easy to move around within the program.

After completing each step you must always scroll down to bottom to continue next step. Why not make system push completed items to bottom and next item will appear on top of screen and not at very bottom. Would save lots of time and allow user to see the next step without having to scroll down to bottom of page. Thanks.

Simpler this year

I had trouble with some of the business expense forms. They are minimal but don't feel I understand what I am to do with some of them. Especially car use.
What's great about it: Paperwork was easier to back track when needed.
What's not so great: On the business expenses, it goes back to correct errors when I had never seen the form before.

Room for improvement

I like Turbo tax, easy to navigate and compare to previous year.
What's great about it: Have used for years and it makes it so much easier
What's not so great: when exploring on my own it would be nice if the screen would go to where I was last instead of to the top of the listng
