Love Turbotax

I have used turbotax for about seven years and it is so easy to use. The only con I have if I want to change something, sometimes at the end it still wants me to fix my return.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Expensive

By being able to work my taxes at my own pace alows me to not be hurried or harried into making mistakes. TurboTax has been my preffered method of doing my taxes for many years now.
What's great about it: Completed in the comfort of my own home at my own pace.

Disappointed

After spending money on the program that includes an electronically filed return, and finding out there is something wrong with the program that will not transmit the return, I am very disappointed. I feel a refund should be sent because I cannot use the program like it was intended.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Could not electronically send returns

I've been using Turbo Tax Home and Business for several years. What I like about this product is that it's very easy to use. (Other tax products that I have tried were very confusing) And the free e-file is a bonus!

Almost Perfect

Every year I have trouble with the system asking me for miles driven for personal use. I just want to be able deduct miles driven for my business (which I track) and not even bother trying to calculate the other option (car expenses, total miles driven, etc.). It would be nice if I could just ignore this alternative calculation method.
What's great about it: Clean and easy to use layout, Online automatic connection to brokers for 1099, Its Deductible
What's not so great: Car Expense Worksheet
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

This is a comprehensive tax package that can lead you through a step-by step exercise to ensure you have covered all the aspects of your tax obligation to the federal government and states. If you earned income in more than one state it generally provides a simple transfer of information from your federal filing making the state filings simple and easy.
What's great about it: Detailed step-by-step methodology and downloading of income.
What's not so great: Doing PA tax after another state always requires some manual effort.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier every year!

I have been using Turbotax for about 20 years and it just keeps getting easier, especially if you are also a Quicken user. Whether you know a little or nothing about tax preparation, the help screens provide the info you need to do your taxes right.
What's great about it: step by step makes it sooo easy!
What's not so great: can't think of any
