I bought the down load and delayed in preparing the returns. After that I bought a new computer. The emails were lost and so was the down load. I could not get my program that I paid for and I had to buy a new one.

Date shown for Fed repairs was 12/31/13 and actual date was 1/22/14. Help line needs to be more aware and display a statement that change cannot be made if dependent on upcoming Fed modifications.

This was my first time of preparing my own tax without someone assisting me. It took me a while but I learned so much through Turbo System. It was very easy for me to follow and I feel so good about preparing my own tax. I will continue to do my own tax, with just me and Turbo. Thanks.

What's great about it: Easy to file, very helpful and accurate.
What's not so great: You don't have direct and instant answer system online.

Turbo Tax is the best option to a tax accountant service. Over the years the services have continued to be enhanced to cover most all tax return filing needs.

overall TurboTax is Great. I have used it for many years and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: I really like the way the program takes me through every option
What's not so great: hard to find instruction on page your working on
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
