Good to a point

Overall software is rather good. We are repeat users with over 10 years of use. Will continue using most likely.
What's great about it: Handled all my various forms of incomes very well
What's not so great: Unable to find area or box to enter my State Tax withheld on my retirement income reported on the 1099-R
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbotax ever since it became available ... I've never had a problem with IRS ... and I have no idea why anyone uses a tax accountant when a program like Turbotax is so easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions and easy to get back to specific forms
What's not so great: Not sure I have any

TURBO SPEED FILING

I feel confident that I'm getting the biggest refund I'm entitled to due to the way Turbo Tax walks you through the tax filing process. Its Deductible makes tracking and maximizing your legitimate deductions a breeze. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Step by Step walk through of all tax options.
What's not so great: I'm so happy I can't think of a problem or issue.

My Tax Life Savior

TurboTax is very thorough, easy to use, easy to correct if you find you made mistake, it is just such an organized step by step program. I am always amazed by how it figures out everything. Thank You Intuit for providing TurboTax to the common person like me and making it affordable.
What's great about it: For little money and a lot of product quality, TurboTax cannot be beat.
What's not so great: None that I know of.

I have used TurboTax for many years and like all of the tools they offer. I have my taxes done in one evening.

Short O Time

Having no time this year to do my taxes early, I had to take a half day off to start my taxes on April 14th. I began a little past 2 pm and finished by 7:30 pm. I ate dinner in between and I am pleasantly pleased to be done. Plus, I didn't have to dread going into April 15th to finish. Thanks for the ease of completing my taxes.
What's great about it: After using Turbo Tax for a number years, I was able to complete my taxes in 5 hours.
What's not so great: Sometimes I don't read the whole page. Just the bold print.
