DID LAST YEARS AND THIS YEARS AND SAVED +$1000.00 EACH YEAR FROM CPA FEES.
What's great about it: FAST
What's not so great: NOTHING

Federal & State Rejected

My Federal & State Returns were rejected because a last name and SS Number did not match. I used the SS number that Turbo Tax printed on the 2014 Form 1040-ES Payment Voucher. It was my wife's SS number,they printed a 7 instead of a 4 in the SS number !!!
Turbo Tax assisted me in correcting the problem and now my returns have been accepted.

Mediocre at best
What's great about it: can do own taxes
What's not so great: confusing organization and very difficult to go back if you need to change things.

Sometimes I need to slow down to find out what exactly is being asked. How about diagrams instead? Takes too much disk space?

Used TurboTax for years—and love it.

One can prepare a tax return quickly and easily using TurboTax and the best part is eFiling. Everything has been made so simple.
What's great about it: Easy to use, don't have to deal with the forms.
What's not so great: Not understanding flagged entries and how to fix them.
