Highly disappointed

I paid for turbo tax and filed an extension until Oct 15. I got sick and could not get filed earlier and stayed up until midnight the 15th and system just shut me out. Then when tried to file in a few days I could not find my return I was in the middle of filing. So my only choice was to pay again which was higher by this time. That really stiinks. I should get reimbursed wouldn't you think?? I haved used for years.
What's great about it: Most questions easy
What's not so great: cut off date

2013 Turbotax review

Easier to use than 2012 version. It akes less time to complete. Form 1099-B do not mirror Fidelity brokerage reports for Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange transactions. Brokerage reports include Form 1099-B with Box A, B, D and E checked whereas TurboTax only include A, B, and C thereby lending to incomplete reporting.
What's great about it: easy guide
What's not so great: cannot delete any return started, cannot differentiate between several returns on imprort last year view.

What's great about it: I have been using your product for the last 4 years. It is awesome. Very easy to use and helps me make good decisions .
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for years. The software has made it possible for me to complete my own taxes and thus save me money while empowering me to better manage our finances. Quicken and TurboTax are must own software for all professionals.
What's great about it: Easy to use and helpful
What's not so great: None

Even though I don't like to do taxes Turbo Tax was such a great help. I didn't feel like an idiot when I needed help, assistance was available. Thanks so much for a great product!

What's great about it: Great telephone support, easy computer program
What's not so great: Computer asked if I wanted to e-file long after it was too late. That confused me.

I have used TurboTax every year for the last 8 and I am happy with it. The easy to use guided steps remind me to look for things I may overlook, as well as introducing me to online options like inputting items throughout the year in ItsDeductible Online. ID really makes the donation process simple for items and overall the ease of use of TT each year has been great!!

What's not so great: a few items I couldn't find in ItsDeductible
