Simplifies my life

Having spent many years using high end cPA frims, it is a pleasure to utilize Turbo Tax to complete what I havepaid thousands of dollars for in the past. Less frustration in creating the documentation required. I estimated my business K-! prior to forwarding to the business accountant and will due it again next year with the data supplied, fully expecting to be able to complete the business return the following year.
What's great about it: walks me through step by step
What's not so great: having to pay to efile the first state return

Turbo Tax Experience

I have used TurboTax for many, many years. I'm thoroughly pleased with the process.
It does not make a disorganized person organized. But it does help to make the process easy once you are organized.
Each year, I recommend everyone who mentions taxes to me, that I use TurboTax and I highly recommend the software.
I'm also a yearly subscriber, and it helps to keep me ready to go for the following year's taxes.
Thank you so much for all the attention to detail and making a very difficult chore painless.
What's great about it: As taxes go, seems like TurboTax gets easier and easier.
What's not so great: Advertisements within software that are a distractor when it comes tax time.

Submission issues.

Generally the program worked great. The e-file at the end was very problematic. It took six times of downloading updates and exiting and reopening the file before it would pass by the validation step.
What's great about it: This year seems a little more user friendly
What's not so great: E-file took six tries due to updates

Makes things easy

I have been using your product for years. I wish my poor father had it back in the day.
What's great about it: Throws out deductions I didn't know we could get.
What's not so great: We still owed money.

I have used turbo tax for close to almost 20 years I would say, and the program has gotten better, and better each year! I love the program and it allows me to do my taxes both personal taxes, and our business corporate taxes ourselves at our convenience! a very good interview style program as well!
What's great about it: ease of use of the programs
What's not so great: not really a program issue, but understanding all that the irs is looking for sometimes is difficult

Always reliable

After five years of using Turbo Tax I have developed a level of confidence that I never had with my tax accountant. Being able to constantly review the prior years data shows me immediately where I need to question changes. Thanks Turbo Tax!
