My tax is simple and standard deduction. I do not need a tax professional. Turbo tax do it all for me. I love audit risk meter and necessary I can purchase audit defense for some extra $
What's great about it: Ask simple question, step by step, do all calculation. Free electronic file

Always a pleasure to use Turbo Tax, fast, accurate

Turbo Tax has always come through for me. It is very simple and it doesn't add in things that shouldn't be there. Always up to date with the latest tax information. It always leaves you feeling good after filing your taxes.
What's great about it: Everything is clear and as long as your organized it's incredible.
What's not so great: Only for the people who don't use it.

Grateful for TurboTax Beyond Ability to Express

I love turbo tax and am so grateful for the thorough yet vast help section that targets irs publications that can save vast amounts of time for both the user and the user's accounting / legal firms.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax provides the user the ability to focus on getting the information inputted quickly yet thoroughly.
What's not so great: The user may become so accustomed to using the initial tutorial walk thru, they overlook moneysaver advice from TurboTax
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I would think for the price the state e-file would be free.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and covers all detail
What's not so great: pricey and have to pay for state e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes it easy

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. Being able to import information from previous year is great. It's Deductible helps a lot, too.
What's great about it: step by step with explanations
What's not so great: do not always know what details you will need before you start

NO Way

A few surprises at end, AFTER THE REVIEWS, where some figures should of been different.
Most disappointed, I have to mail forms to IRS, where during the inputting process the program should of notified me of issues, where I could address WHILE DOING THE TAXES, NOT AFTER SUMBMITTING THEM to THE IRS
