Assisted with preparation but problems

I feel you need to do some work on Turbo Tax. It did not ask all of the right questions but I overcame that. I wanted ot apply 100% of my refund to 2014 taxes. it di dnot do this. I had to go to 1040 form to make necessary changes.
What's great about it: Worked through tax prep. process
What's not so great: Did not handle application of refund to 2014 taxes well. Did not at all.

2013 tax

the only issue I had, was on the Colorado State tax form. the form DR 0617 on the software, was not the latest form. Required me to override in a few areas, and attach the updated form to the back of my tax forms. Thus was unable to e file today.
What's great about it: easy to use, quick, accurate
What's not so great: State (CO) tax software not up to date on Innovative motor vehicle credit

Good product, one suggestion

It was not intuitive on how to override some withholding payment dates. For example, a payment was due on 9/15 but I had a material withholding occur on 9/24 which exceeded the 9/15 required payment. In order to avoid a large penalty, I had to figure out how to get the 9/24 payment recorded in the worksheet/form. I googled how to override in turbo tax to learn that you needed to right click on the cell.
What's great about it: Easy to use and follow....I used Turbo Tac for several years and will always do so.
What's not so great: I had a question, called your customer service aand never got a call back. I eventually figured out my question below.

I thought I was getting at least one free e-file for Fed. but I didn't.

What's not so great: Strange errors to fix, didn't place some data, requiring re-entry

I started a business this year and Turbo Tax walked me through everything, including several deductions I had not thought of.
What's great about it: step by step directions, uses info from year to year to simplify the process
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
