Overall I am satisfied with it.
What's great about it: The checking and asking questions to verify I entered the correct info.
What's not so great: Had to hunt for where I could entered a 1099-B form. It didn't ask me if I this form and needed to enter information.

Wouldn't use any other tax preparation method ever

I have been using Turbotax since it was first introduced, not sure when that was but I have been doing returns for 30 years. Have also purchased the professional versions of intuit products for large corporations as wells as public accounting firms.
Keep up the good work, your reps are awesome too.

duplication in entries

this causes some confusion as to whether i am repeating some answers. i am pretty sure it comes out correct , but it is not clear to me when one section overlaps into another area. the first two or three years i used turbo tax i did not notice problem.
What's great about it: it ask the correct questions
What's not so great: it seems to duplicate the figures from business to personal

Quick and easy

Overall very quick and easy. Love the download of prior year info when applicable.
What's great about it: Quick computations. Very good prompts for tax breaks
What's not so great: Separate charges for the second state-- forms plus e-file.

Make the help (?) details in larger fonts.--it is very hard for us older folks to read these helpful screens.
Regarding sales tax computations for large purchases, TT does not recognize that there are different rates for different suburbs in the same Metro area. For example: I bought flooring from a company one mile from my town which has 8.25% sales tax rate, but my town's rate is 8%, TT rejects it. TT will let me "move" to another town for the tax difference, but I will have to "move" back and forth every time I purchase large items.
What's great about it: Used TT for many years. Very good product. See below for some enchancement ideas.
