Good as always. Detailed, easy to insert information. Had to download the updates to Sch A in order to complete. Some difficulty in getting download compete.
What's great about it: Easy to construct return
What's not so great: Did not have Sch. A ready until late

Overall the software is great, saves time and money
What's great about it: Does all the work for you, knows what to ask and when, plus allows more advanced folks to manually input
What's not so great: Some duplication of info if you import from Quicken and do manual; legacy flow issues

california long term capital loss carryover: still a bug in your software? federal values are not carried over automatically to the state. google search indicates this is a bug and one has to consult prior year's form and hand enter. but the advice on the internet refers to a CA form that doesn't exist so the advice is confusing....

I couldn't E-File, really, really upset me. I was in a loop with a few very minor errors that I didn't want to fix because they are complicated and the e-file wouldn't go out.
Really, I couldn't have the choice in the matter?
I printed out 24 pages and mailed it in.
Not happy with you guys at the moment!

What's great about it: Year to year roll over, cheaper than an accountant
What's not so great: Couldn't E-File!

Turbo Tax is always a good product. I especially like the step-by-step process.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is always a good product.
What's not so great: After update of software and forms, it would be nice to return to where I was at in the process.
