Gets better every year!

TurboTax has changed each of the years for the 20+ years I have been using it. Some years, it seemed like it regressed, but this year's version was the best ever...it seemed flawless throughout!
What's great about it: I have been using TurboTax forever, and this year's version was the best yet!
What's not so great: Didn't state e-filing used to be free?

I've used TT for several years - it seems to keep getting easier.
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: Applying refund to next year difficult and not done - frustrating

The lack of ability to print any page on the screen is a real irritant.
The only option is to make prints screens which are:
Not Searchable
Not Friendly
Irregular in Size

Turbo Tax is like the friend that has to change her hair color regularly to be different. I know you are trying to improve, but there are things that would make it easier if they always worked the same. Every year it is a challenge to see if the previous year's data can be imported. Some years no problem other years can't do it. What will 2014 bring?
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can be difficult going back to correct something

What's not so great: Help sections not all they could be. Some explanations are lacking
