Reliable Process

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have always been happy with the process and the professional result. Keep up the good work.

I will enjoy using Turbo Tax and will continue using the software. The walk you through the steps is well conceived and teaching the categories to consider when planning for next year.
What's great about it: Well written software interfaces with easy used tools.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

It was okay. Sometimes using the help option, you didn't get a clear answer as to what was needed.

The whole tax process has to get better...its a complicated mess, but thank goodness for turbo tax to help us through it. I don't know what I would do without you.
What's great about it: great instructions, thorough through a maze of the most complicated process in the world
What's not so great: a few calculations and entries that have no edit capability
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Once Again

I have used turbo tax since 2009 and I have really enjoyed the thoroughness of the questions and audit scale. So far it has been quite effective and useful without any problems. And even though I complain yearly about the costs I also know that its a flat fee and its not based on percentages and there is no rush so I am sure I will be looking forward to using it next year and many years to come.
What's great about it: Take your time & get all information you can together, detailed questions
What's not so great: cost of disc every year, ability to be lazy with record keeping

Not Disappointed! Best Way to Do Your Taxes!!!

This is the first time using TurboTax...and this software is now my CPA! My friend has been telling me for years...and its definitely the best way to go...the Easy Guide really helps you to capture all your deductions...No CPA I've used has ever asked me any of these questions...I recommend you just go for it!
What's great about it: EasyGuide to maximize deductions
What's not so great: CD costs less than online download....

Always Easy - Always Fast!

I always wait to the last minute because - hey - I like to keep my cash as long as I can! I can count on Turbo Tax to always get me through it at the last minute while finding me every way possible to save money - on my taxes and my tax return prep! - Thanks Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax always gets me through it!
