Turbo Speed

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and it has never failed me. Takes me through all the necessary steps for any new business I come up with each year. No stone is left unturned. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Takes you through everything step by step. Finds ALL possible deductions. Would recommend it to anyone with a business.
What's not so great: Some new to me things were hard to find in the help section.

Fixing problems is a nightmare

I walk though of how to use your help functions would be helpful.
It is also irritating to be constantly pitched products (audit defense) that I have already declined. I keep using your software and hating it.
What's great about it: You do the calculations, I can skip to what I want to work on.
What's not so great: Your help is not helpful - there aren't any instructions

2013 Turbo Tax is horrible, very difficult to use. Took over 6 hours to complete my tax return. In using Turbo Tax in previous years was easy and took only an hour. What happen in the 2013 version? Will think twice on using Turbo Tax for 2014 taxes.

Frustration with state returns

I needed to file in two states and it was very confusing how to split my taxable income, divide it by dates in each state or list in both and request a deduction for double taxation. I re-did my returns several times, reading all the explanations as well as online research, and still found the software unclear and frustrating.
What's great about it: Federal returns easy and reasonably smooth.
What's not so great: State returns confusing and frustrating.

Tech Help and Current information gold mind

Needed help with a input error and product support, tech help was quick and exceeded expectations. Also have several kids in College and easy handling of 1098t information greatly appreciated
What's great about it: Provided up to date information I would have missed
What's not so great: Can't think of one
