Every year it gets easier and fast to complete.
What's great about it: Covers every angle to maximize your return
What's not so great: Haven't found one yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I've used TurboTax for 16 years. This was the best version yet. Simple to follow and use.

I find it most difficult to print my return I have tried everything don't know what to do to file if I can't print the return

We are compelled to perform this function. So TurboTax makes it as easy as humanly possible.

What's great about it: easy to use - step by step process
What's not so great: When you run review and have errs. The review takes you to the actual form vs the user friendly turbo tax page

audit defense confirmation needs improvement

I've used this since 2006 and have to say I love it.
This year when I purchased audit defense, I went to print a copy of the screen showing my purchase and clicked something else and the confirmation screen went away. I don't like that and now I'm not sure if I purchased it or not.
I've had to use it before in the past and it was a LIFE saver. So now I'm all worried that it didn't record a purchase.
What's great about it: detailed information is very helpful on any topic/item
What's not so great: the audit defense purchase needs a confirmation box

would be nice to have a check list of needed forms, documents and/or questions to answer before starting the process. Similar to going to a tax preparer so the most topics are addressed before starting. Financial advisor fees (IRA and Non-IRA), inheritance, start up home internet business, last years taxes, etc. That way all papers would be handy, and not having to start and stop all the time.
What's great about it: easy to navigate
