Direct payment to IRS.

Everything was going so good until the end. I was upset with the payment part. I decided to pay my balance and was unsure if the payment was accepted or being processed. Then I notice that the box for direct payment was mark NO for direct payment, yet I was able to put in my bank info. So why did it ask for it when it was marked NO. This puts one under so much stress. I looked every day to see if my account was debited and it is now down to the deadline. The e-filed was accepted but I didn't see if I still had to pay. If I should pay it with a check and mail it. I know IRS will take payment and then it could be debited from my account. That is twice and I don't have money for two payments. There was no way to know what to do.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and saving of last years info makes each year simple.

What's great about it: I needed to up-date my tax form, it was do on-line,and free.

Great product - it is very simple to use and it saves me a lot of time and money. I will be using this product for many years to come.

Refund keeps going up!

I couldn't be happier with this software! This is my third year using it and my refund only keeps growing!
What's great about it: Clear instructions, quick process, huge return!
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of!

Great, but careful with form 2106

The product gets better every year.
I am a lawyer, not a tax lawyer, who learned long ago that the really time-consuming parts of taxes are the bookkeeping and depreciation accounting. Turbotax helps me get my taxes done with a minimum of hassle and at a fair price. (For those with complicated tax law or accounting issues, an accounting firm may give better results.)
I did find a glitch this year in which the program's error check asked some not obvious questions about nonexistent sub-lines for Form 2106. I think it was an allocation matter, for some income earned in another state. My guess is that they will have fixed this by next year.
What's great about it: Organizes your thinking and gets through everything with latest IRS rules in mind.
What's not so great: Asked questions for From 2106 for mythical lines 6a through 6e

TurboTax is so easy to use. They ask all the right questions so if you can read, you can do your own taxes and really save. I feel confident I got all the deductions I was entitled to. Thanks!

I've been using Turbo Tax Home & Business for at least 10 years and I am always amazed how simple it is to use.
I tell my friends save the big bucks of going to an accountant if you're getting the same results.
