I will enjoy using Turbo Tax and will continue using the software. The walk you through the steps is well conceived and teaching the categories to consider when planning for next year.
What's great about it: Well written software interfaces with easy used tools.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is always a good product. I especially like the step-by-step process.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is always a good product.
What's not so great: After update of software and forms, it would be nice to return to where I was at in the process.

This is my 5th year using turbo tax Home and Business and it gets easier and faster every year
What's great about it: Quick and easy ,does it all for me.
What's not so great: seems a little expensive for do it yourself

I have used Turbo Tax for over 12 years and found it to be incredibly thorough. If I had to list one aspect that I don't like about Turbo Tax is that everyone in my family now expects me to help them prepare their tax returns, too.

Great for Procrastinators

Liked the ability to complete my taxes in one evening and the clear explanations and help available from the Turbo Tax community. I found answers to all my questions.
What's great about it: Liked that I could go to forms or walk through interview process to make sure nothing was missed
What's not so great: Too many different deduction steps

Won't use next year

The fees are too much. I've used TT for over 10 years and this will be the last. For just a little bit more I can pay a real person. All of the fees aren't made aware until you've spent hours entering the info and it's too late to turn back. I understand some fees and there have always been fees. But they are getting more and more...I've been pushed over the top of the 'fee' hill.
I use TT to save money, well it no longer accomplishes that goal.
What's great about it: Auto input of data, step by step process
What's not so great: FEES, more and more, too many
