So Simple!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it just keeps getting better and easier! This year the added feature to import W-2 from employers was amazingly easy and fast!
What's great about it: step by step tips along the way
What's not so great: no tips on IRA contributions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Taxes made simple

Turbo tax walks you through everything, gives you the form numbers and good explanations to help you decide if something is needed.
The state return is not as simple as the federal but it's still pretty easy.
If you use it year after year, it pre-fills information making it easier
What's great about it: Walks you through everything, good explanations

Addition to Schedule E Would be Helpful

Love TurboTax. Super easy, every year. You guys however need to add the capability to add a home office deduction to Schedule E for those of use who run our rental real estate as a business.
What's great about it: Easy to use and mirrors IRS forms/instructions very well

Great Tax Program

I've been using this program since it first came out and use it to help my family get their taxes done right.
What's great about it: Simple to use, but should have some tax knowledge!

After experiencing trouble paying for my state E-file online, I called the Turbo Tax phone number that popped up on my computer. The representative provided some of the best customer service I've ever had! She walked me through troubleshooting everything that could be thought of, and was determined to fix the problem. After almost an hour on the phone, we finally got the issue resolved and my payment went through. I hate that I don't recall her name...she was the best!
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step
What's not so great: Some trouble paying for state E-file
