Sotware design needs polish

This is a great product, but the SW design is not complete.
2 suggestions to the SW team:
1. The continue /next radio buttons should be in the exact same spot on each screen so you can click through them quickly and not have to move the mouse.
2. Many of the settings are not remembered so as you revisit a screen, you have to re enter the same clicks.
The professional polish so it is easy to use is what makes a good product truly GREAT!
Good luck, lets improve it for 2014!

What happened?

I saved my 2012 Turbo Tax return to a PDF file, but for some reason, the 2012 info did not get automaticall put on my 2013 Turbo Tax form. Bummer. Had to do a ton of "Bible typing", i.e., "seek and ye shall find". Hope it works like it's supposed to next year. Thanks. Joe.

I love the ease of using TurboTax at home instead of meeting with an accountant and also the simplicity of e-filing. Great product!

How it worked for me!

I have used Turbo tax for years. This is the first for Business and Home version. It was a lot of work but next year it should be better it the history being transfered.
What's great about it: I like the transfer of last years info
What's not so great: Takes too long
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Makes Life Easy!

Turbo Tax walked me through everything, imported complicated investment data and resolved my state tax return question quickly by phone. Even my cat, Maddy, could have done this by tip-toeing on the keyboard!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, doesn't miss a beat!
What's not so great: One problem with state return; the representative quickly helped me by phone.

Could be better

Product is good, but I did my taxes on line last year using turbo tax, and as far as I can tell there was no reason to buy the disk. Could have done it just as easily from the web version.
What's great about it: decent flow, good questioning
What's not so great: Didn't need to buy it could have just as easily of done it on line.

You ruined my day!

Not smooth. disjointed jumping around categories. never did give me business section of Home and Business. Had to file all under personal income. may have cost me $$$$
What's great about it: It calculated my taxes, not correctly, but well enough to submit
What's not so great: Couldn't e-file because of repetitious updates required
