I was really impressed with the ease of use, I will be purchasing this for next year!
What's great about it: Easy to input forms
What's not so great: could use a tax professional in case of questions...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Using the program was easy and straight forward.

Frustrating with those Royalties and extra incomes, more that ever. have uses Turbo tax for yrs but this yr there was an issue.
What's great about it: good instructions
What's not so great: wanted to file my Royalties twice. Again and Again!

Overcame Mac glitch

Rebooted the Mac and it worked!
What's great about it: Efficient, easy to navigate
What's not so great: Several eFile attempts failed, even tho updates were done.

It sure makes it easier to file, especially after the first time because it finds all the old data needed for the current year.
I really don't see the advantage of a tax preparer as you still have to collect all this years data, and with the ability to collect data from various sources electronically, it is even easier. It also makes electronic filing a snap.

What's not so great: Some times hard to get to where I wanted to go.
