I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have used it for personal and business taxes. I wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: easy, accurate, valuable
What's not so great: Nothing

It will be nice as we get educated about the forms and deductions as we enter data. Right now it feels like a no brainer-robot activity.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, step by step
What's not so great: a little confuing as we do not know where that information shows up on various forms

Very Disappointed

I was told to purchase this particular software to tie my several business ventures in to one filing package as my now retired former tax person always had. I tried to follow and access the very same forms that were used in prior years and although my total expenses on the final forms matched my overall totals, I wasn't able to find a Schedule 'F' that should have supported depreciation in my farming section Also, for some reason your software doesn't easily accept printing cues. Don't know what that's all about or if anyone else has suffered this particular malady..??. However, they are done....... that is the good thing. Thanks.
What's great about it: It allowed me to do my own taxes
What's not so great: I did not feel like there was enough supporting documentation for my questions.

The past few years the Interest Section asks information but when review each entry is shown to take 2 lines and the review insists on only 1 line. The taxpayer clarification and amount is shown on 2nd line; though the amount can be moved to 1st line the classification remains. Took care of the problem by: xxxxxxxxxx S 0.00 on 2nd line
What's great about it: Ease on finding referenced data
What's not so great: Just one

Just like every year since 2010, I found my complicated tax picture distilled to something manageable and succinct. It's almost fun -- but not quite.
What's great about it: Rapid, thorough, won't let you go away until out of trouble
What's not so great: The Tax Code isn't Intuit's fault, but it's a nightmre!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
