Friendly TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for several years. It makes the whole tax preparation bearable. I love that it remembers from year to year vital information so I do not have to insert everything. I was able this year to solve the missing sales tax form with help from the online phone number listing fro Intuit Customer Service. The representative helped me through the process of obtaining the neecessary form. I will continue to use this product.
What's great about it: TurboTax is like an old friend. It asks the questions. remembers from year to year, and holds my hand online.
What's not so great: This years edition (2013) was slow to provide the sales tax form. I had to download it myself.

Added Turbo to my Tax Return

We have used Turbo tax for 5 years now and other then our errors, there have been none. Turbo Tax shows us "ALL" the deductions available to the tax payer, who does'nt want more? We shall use it every year.
What's great about it: Easy, good guidance all the way, fast
What's not so great: Seemed complicated until I was done

I have been using Turbo Tax for ever, and wouldn't switch up for no one or no other software. I love it. Everyone that I have turn onto Turbo Tax love it as well It makes doing taxes fun. It's quick, fast, easy, and simple. Thank you Turbo Tax

After using this product for years I find it helpful and straight forward to use. It asks the right questions and helps find deductions and income needed on tax returns. I trust using this and will continue in the future. Sometimes it takes quite a while to load updates or to continue on the tax form.
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward to use - helpful for deductions

Ease of USE!! Amazing...

I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade...it is excellent...the ability to flag a questionable subject or mark as estimated means you never loose that info, and can always go back and correct it.
Other online tax preps do not have this flexibility.
For very difficult issues...the online community and help is excellent.
