VERY COMPLICATED. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL

i HAVE USED TURVBO TAX FOR 10 YEARS THIS YEAR VERY DIFFICULT. WRONG QUETSIONS. DIFFICULT TO
MOVE AROUND ON THE SITE. STILL LOOKING FOR TH DELETE TOOL FOR ONE OF THE RETIRNS IN MY FAMILY.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2007. It continues to be money well spent. Catches my mistakes, and helps me recalculate. A trusted program with great support!
What's great about it: walks one through the process, suggests catergorys subdivisions

Organization wonder

When you have a business and also work for others, filing is a bit more complicated. TurboTax organizes everything, walks you through step-by-step and everything gets covered and reported. I switched from another tax program some years ago and TurboTax is much easier to use and has made this unpleasant task much less horrendous.
What's great about it: Easy to organize what I have to enter
What's not so great: None

Somewhat seamless

Paid for Turbo Tax, then needed Sch F, so had to buy another version, half way through the process.
Then when I got done, two additional charges, one for submitting my return and another for getting it deposited to my checking account. Too costly for a fairly simple form.

2. Helpful prompts for information you may not have considered
3. Calculates required numbers & fills out all forms
4. Organizing records through the year, when coupled with TurboTax Step-by-Step, puts you in control of your taxes; no CPA needed!

Who needs one of the tax services....use TurboTax

Been using TurboTax for many, MANY years. Been very happy with it every single year. Great product.
What's great about it: It has always worked very well for me...... asks all the right questions and you can go manual if you know what to do.
What's not so great: You still have to keep track of all of your receipts and records... but true for ANY way to do taxes.
