I have used Turbo Tax for several years - always been very pleased. Software is well designed and easy to use.

Relatively Easy

We have used Turbo Tax (home business version) for several years now. The ease of moving forward each year with the saved information is fantastic. I also do a couple of my adult children's simpler returns each year, and enjoy and appreciate the same feature as above, Great product; well worth the money !!
What's great about it: Helps us consider all business deductons
What's not so great: runs slow on my older laptop.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Best can get better.

Great as always. Could also have some way to return to the page you were working on, especially when you have to keep hitting next/continue several times to get to the page you want. Overal it is excellent
What's great about it: Love the source documentation for rules, the guidance and the frequent up-to minute of taxes owed or refund.
What's not so great: I would like to be able to sort lists by date or alphabet, as we can do in quicken..

Thanks TurboTax...I've used you since the 90's and I've always been successful in doing my own taxes with your help. No more waiting in line or paying out of pocket for something I can do myself.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and thorough too!
What's not so great: none that I can think of right now

Making filing easier

It is smooth. Sometimes the explanations seem like they are written for people who already know tax terminology. I really need to jump back to a specific place where I have previously answered the questions. For instance -- vehicle mileages, home office square footages, etc. We operate two very different businesses out of our home -- it would be so helpful for the program to offer the option of "grabbing" answers that were answered for the first business. Thank you.

2013 Return Review

Presentation of question style preparation has improved over previous editions. Questions are generally clear and understandable. However, on some, lesser used forms, the questions require additional clarification in order to properly input data.
What's great about it: Thorough and detailed query style presentation.
What's not so great: Had to input some information a second time during the final return review, that I had previously entered.
