TurboTax 2013 Is GREAT. (As expected)

As I expected, TurboTax 2013 Home and Business was fast, simple, and confidence instilling.
It anticipated most of my needs. Those that I didn't see in the menus, I found when I used their handy search box.
Well done Intuit.

Always reliable information

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 12 years and find that they really try to make a confusing and frustrating process easier for the user. The import functions are great. I really like not having to type in all the data from my financial institutions and potentially making a typo. I have recommended this product to lots of friends and my whole family relies up on it.

Tax Time Again

It was easy to use as usual. Makes the process simple. Just have to have all your papers handy.
What's great about it: Easy to work with and covered all my areas well.
What's not so great: None really.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We have been a Turbo Tax user for many years (since 2002) and the Intuit folks have meet or exceeded my expectations on the ease and understanding in tax preparation. Their double check review is wonderful. You are confident if any errors are discovered before e-filing, errors are addressed and filing is completed with a 100 % assurance. For the the reasons mentioned, the tax product is recommended.

Easy, easy, easy

Great experience year to year, very straight forward and clear instructions. Easy to go back and forth. The error checking option is great.
What's great about it: takes less time year to year by pulling in the previous return
What's not so great: its april 13th and some items still say waiting for update, I updated each morning
