Made dificult stuff very easy

Turbo Tax is easy to use to complete your tax returns for individuals.
The only issue that I experienced was when working on business deductions for the Schedule C I had questions that I couldn't get answers to when I had them. The questions were answered in later sections but not when I had the questions.
As an example, when I was going through my records I had a receipt for some equipment I purchased but I couldn't find a heading for equipment purchases. I entered equipment purchases in the help box and the response was that Turbo Tax couldn't find help on the subject. If the response had read "we will cover that subject in a later portion of the review" and then actually covered it (which Turbo Tax did do) then Turbo Tax would be perfect.
What's great about it: TurboTax Walked me through things step by step
What's not so great: Help on Schedule C could be improved and for the price the state return should be included

Used TurboTax for the past 6 years and I love it compared to either paying someone to do it for us or sitting here with a paper form.
What's great about it: Simple, straight forward, less time consuming
What's not so great: none

State tax included but had to pay to submit it.

Communication Complication

Overall it is a good system and I would prefer a really good or great system.
What's great about it: walk me through is the only way to go.
What's not so great: comunicating is complicated in that it is difficult to speak with a live person
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall - very useful.
Plan to continue using turbo taxes
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Finding some informatoin is a challenge

Wait until the end???? sloppy

sloppier this year than previous BUT my first time with mac version -- maybe that's it? too many little bugs for my liking.
even tis form has a problem. (nickname requirements)
What's great about it: usual good features and structure
What's not so great: waiting to edit fields to just before trensmission ?? cmon.

Excellent product that I have now used for 4 years running. I would recommend this product to anyone with any complexity in their return to include small business owners.
What's great about it: Straight forward and comprehensive
What's not so great: Must update and turn off computer then restart to be able to e-file

Easy to use!

Turbo Tax was easy to use! Information simple to enter. Calculations completed fast and I learned my situation with every step! Well Done!
