It was less painful than having a filling done, but time consuming nonetheless. I will use it again because it seems easy to me.
School questions should have been asked in terms of semesters rather than months.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: Wasn't sure how to answer some questions or why I was being asked. Think I should have gotten a larger state refund.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When entering Social Security and Medicare Insurance amounts the total taxable is figured correctly but maybe an explanation of how and why it is needed and computed could be helpful.
What's great about it: Easy input of figures and totals
What's not so great: May need some more explanation with Social Security

Saves time and Money!

The program is easy to use, and gets even easier the 2nd year around, because it imports the previous years data to begin the return.... Time saving! Well worth the money, the cost of it may even be deductable!
What's great about it: Intuitive, simple, just awnser the questions...
What's not so great: It saves me money, what's not to like?

Though we have a complex tax situation, including a difficult Schedule C, TurboTax guided me through it clearly and logically
What's great about it: excellent instructions and explanations

Nice & Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years in filing my returns. It is concise, thorough and very easy from year to year. Imports last years information in and saves time that way. Great tax preparation program.
What's great about it: Deductions breezed thru
What's not so great: A little confusing on investments/capital gains

Doing taxes was (kinda) fun this year with Turbo Tax. I'd been using a preparer for years, but this year I decided to go it alone!
What's great about it: Gave me confidence to tackle my own taxes again!
What's not so great: Nothing that really bothered me.

i've been using this product for a few years and it just gets easier every time. I used to be very nervous filing but now i feel confident that my tax returns are done correctly.
What's great about it: step by step information
