SAVED ME!

Considering that I was NOT at my best--my husband very recently died very suddenly and I had to request an extension--I truly appreciated the personal help on the phone I received from TT personnel. Moving from NJ to AZ in May caused me some confusion when completing the forms, hence the Error messages. Joyce discovered the answer to them almost immediately. The program, HAPPILY, has been changed somewhat from when I initially began using it--whenever TT began! so MANY years ago--and I found this year's format generally VERY easy to use.
What's great about it: I called TT twice, once to get help with downloading the disc and again to fix the Error messages
What's not so great: Had trouble going back/seeing a particular form already completed

Turbo Tax for home and business is easy to use and review and file. Once you understand the turbo tax flow and do not fight it, you will complete your tax return quickly.

Couldn't change Deduction on Schedule C

Trouble with entering Sch C deductions through Easy Step. Wanted to change a value, but when clicking Edit, list did not show any amount for that item. Kept showing up in as deduction on Sch C. This only happened with one of four different businesses. Could easily change entries for any category on those. Completely deleted that particular business and all info, but still had problem. Nothing different about that business as far as set up as the others.

I've been using TurboTax for years and have, on average, been very happy with it. This year my taxes only took 41 pages! Thanks Intuit!

Security for the clueless

Turbo Tax makes the process of filing my taxes much easier. It helps take the fear away and provides a feeling of confidence.
I am fascinated with the accuracy and capabilities. Eventually I will be trying to use Quicken or Quickbooks to make things even more streamlined. At the present time, I have a lot of family medical & support obligations that precludes me from going that extra step.
I like that I can do up to 5 federal returns as I do my Father's
(he is is 92), my daughter's and a family friend who is disabled.

It saves me so much time by importing all the data from previous years as well.
I would like to be able to print certain screens shots. For example when I am working on my business deductions, the comparison of years is helpful as are the categories. I would like to make my file folders for gathering the data in those categories and have to write them as it stands now.
In summary, I truly value this product. Each year I always try to buy it way before it is available!
What's great about it: Easy to use. The questions asked invoke confidence in the process.
What's not so great: Would like to be able to print some of the screen shots.

I found it very easy to use, especially if you have all your documents ready to go. Step by Step guides were easy to understand and to follow,.
