Shockingly Easy to Use

I was able to finish my taxes in record time while watching my 3 children. I would recommend this to anyone who has a small business.
What's great about it: It was easy the way you could follow the interview for your forms to be filled out.

Turbo Tax Home and Office

Sometimes you feel lost in achieving all your deductions. Not too intuitive. Also, additinoal charges not forseen such as paymento for addional State modules, filing, audinting protection, etc.
What's great about it: All the features necessary
What's not so great: Addittional payments not forseen; needs better guidance

Incredible Program

Each day going to work I pass the "Turbotax campus" and thank it ! While doing taxes will never be an enjoyable experience for me, Turbotax has taken the pain out of doing them. It has cut down days of doing taxes to one day at most. The only caution I have is be patient when using the program - it asks for income and tax info first so you can watch your "owe" meter start climbing in the red with every entry until you get to your deductions !
What's great about it: Great program- gets better and better each year

It's a great program for federal returns but it says it does state also then never does. I don't get it. This should be more comprehensive.
What's great about it: Federal is easy to use
What's not so great: I couln't figure out how to do state

This is the 3rd year I have been using Turbotax and it is an excellent product. I just have to keep my categories more uniform in order for the import from Quicken to work better.

We have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years, and has been so helpful to us in understanding our tax situation as our lives evolved from having a young family to college kids to married children, and now we are self employed and even had certain income that we thought we might have to consult a CPA but Turbo Tax helped us to file by walking us through this new situation in our lives by interviewing us so we knew what we could do or not do and we feel confident in filing our taxes ourselves this year. Great Product.
What's great about it: Very educational and thorough.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
