Tech Support Rocks

I have used this product for over 13 years and have always been pleased with both product and support. If I needed tech support or questions regarding product the staff at Intuit have always helped me reach my goals. For the past two years I purchased Turbo Tax Home & Business from a local vendor only to have problems loading my program. After calling tech support, they have just walked me through downloading and starting up the program to be sure my problem was corrected. Thanks to support staff for a job well down year after year.
What's great about it: Simplicity & Superiority
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Better than paper

In a nutshell, TurboTax makes it fairly easy to do the taxes. However, there are certain things that could be better.
First, I would like to be able to select a form or part of the return that I could print separately. The printing options are way too limited.
Second, the IRA/SEP area can be very difficult to find. The questions are not clear, especially if one has not yet paid into the IRA at the time of preparing the taxes. It makes sense to do the taxes first so that the contribution can be maximized.
Third, the program does not seem to be intuitive with regard to maximizing IRA contributions if contributions have been made to other retirement vehicles.

Overall very easy to use, with the exception of the sale of MLPs. I spent over 12 hours on this one topic. I think I got it right, though.
What's great about it: TurboTax is easy to use
What's not so great: Does not handle the sale of MLPs very well

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. People keep telling me I need to change but I have no reason to do so. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to do all sorts of tax returns for family membert
What's not so great: Only allowed a few free e-files.
