2013 Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2006 and have had refunds every year with the exception of a couple. We used to go to an accountant and always ended up owing large sums.
I've recommended it when ever I am talking with anyone about taxes.
What's great about it: can do several returns to see which way is best to file
What's not so great: hard to tell if deductions should go into business or personal or both.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Overall is good, but has some small suggestions

Overall, it's a good experience working with Turbo. I won't talk more about the pros, I would like to say something about cons:
This year, I changed job and repaid $12.5k relocation back to the prior employer. In the Turbo, I could not find a topic talking about how to resolve this issue. Plus, with the new F8959 - the additional Medicare tax charged to the wrong amount!
Please let me know if this can be resolved.

Great Product

My only issue is that I had to purchase both Business and Home and Business to file taxes this year. The expensive Business edition should include the ability to file a 1040. Oh well, I still like the product. It is easy to use and very reliable.
What's great about it: Peace of Mind
What's not so great: Expensive

I notice that their have been improvements every year. Listing charities was easier this year with no addresses required.

Doing 13 Taxes

sold a gifted property but couldn't find where to plug in the information. Even with the tax community it was difficult to find what the correct form/place was. It just took time to dig it out. The other went so easy but when it didn't fit the prompts I was confused.
What's great about it: Easy to follow prompts
What's not so great: If it doesn't fit the prompt it is difficult to find where to plug in the info
