Many years, no trouble....oops!

Everything went great until i tried to e-file. Had to update 3 times before it would send. Very worrisome. First time in years and years I had even a hiccup of trouble with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Have used Turbotax for years and years, usually great.
What's not so great: First trouble ever this year!

This was my first time of preparing my own tax without someone assisting me. It took me a while but I learned so much through Turbo System. It was very easy for me to follow and I feel so good about preparing my own tax. I will continue to do my own tax, with just me and Turbo. Thanks.

Turbo Tax

Sometimes the questions in the Review Process are not clear but overall I like Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy to use. Like that I can transfer information from one year to the next
What's not so great: The cost of the software is increasing every year

Been TurboTaxer for 5+ years. Tried others before but now devoted fan. For someone who has used Turbotax in the past, the interview kind of gets old, but it has gotten harder to just pass sections that you know do not apply to you. Wish there was a section at the begining that tells you all the changes to tax laws for the year, and wish sections were better divided so you can get to it if you happen to pass a section because you needed to get more documents. I like to assemble my materials, get through the whole inteview, skip sections that I don't have documents for, like if I had gone to a tax agency, then go back to correct those items when I find the correct documents. Would be great if I could bookmark those sections. Otherwise, Turbotax makes Tax time a lot less stressful, at the same time a learning experience.
What's great about it: Helps you to learn the tax laws and does all the calculations
What's not so great: hard to skip section to go back later.

Peace of Mind!

I love the ease and comfort of using Turbo Tax. It asks all the right questions and guides you all the way through the process!
What's great about it: Easy and intuitive!
What's not so great: It's a little pricey for the Home Business version
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've tried another tax preparation program one year and then returned to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: The step by step process is wonderful. It also allows me to work on the taxes for a while, save, then work again later
What's not so great: need more explanations when corrections are required

Had very helpful suggestions on tough questions on what is routine versus what is uncommon.
What's great about it: Asked all the questions to get the return done correctly.
What's not so great: It takes a while if you go through every block
