Great again - another year!

This is the 12th year using Turbo Tax and I still love it! I have my own business and have upgraded to that version and it takes me through all the items that are needed. Thank you so much!
What's great about it: So easy to go through the prompts!
Turbo Tax has once again proven how easy it is to do your own taxes. They walk through each section and you answer simple questions. Things are reviewed several times. Easy!
What's great about it: So easy! Just answer the questions.
What's not so great: Didn't ask to save file before return was filed like it did last year. A little disappointed at that.
The explanations could be more normal people friendly. It would go a long way to have non-programmer people try to fill out a return using the software and then take their inputs to clear up areas that are confusing.
Too often software producers user programmers to test programs and software and what's clear to them is not clear to the general public. We are not programmers or accountants and much of your explanations could be worded better for the general public.
What's great about it: It's easier than trying to figure all this government mumbo jumbo on your own.
What's not so great: You still have a ways to go to make things clear to the non-accountant public. Some instructions are not intuitive
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
My husband has a home business, for which he has a studio (he's and artist) - thus a qualifying home office. He is also a teacher, with another home office where he does school work. We entered all of the house information for deductions and depreciation in the schedule C area for the business expenses, but none of the information carried over to the employee expenses area. Any chance you could change that?
